See all your interactions with stakeholders on one page

One of the challenges of stakeholder engagement management is that you end up with data in lots of different silos. You have Word documents with minutes of meetings, emails sitting in individual team members inboxes, surveys in other survey systems, online forums storing data, social media doing it’s own thing, media clipping files saved in spreadsheets of stakeholders….Getting a clear picture of everything you are doing with a stakeholder can be a challenge…unless you have Darzin!

Darzin integrates information from multiple communication channels. When you look at a stakeholder’s record, you see everything you are doing with them – the meetings they attended, what they’ve been saying in the media, their submissions, phone calls and more. When you report on an issue, it will include information from surveys, submissions, social media, meetings, more.

Darzin also has a number of built-in import templates which make it easy for you to import data from other systems.

Use maps to build your database

Start with the map. Draw a shape around an area or click on individual properties in an area and save them all to Darzin. The address is automatically picked up from the map and a property record created. This is an easy way to build up a database of properties in your project or study area. Making it easy to record letter box drops or door knocking campaigns in that area.

Online engagement

Darzin supports online engagement in a number of ways. If you have your own website with feedback forms or discussion forums set up, you can embed Darzin survey forms on those pages. Responses filled in those forms on your website are automatically saved in Darzin, and a stakeholder record created if you have asked people for their contact information.

Alternatively if you use another online engagement platform, you can either talk to us about an integrated solution or use our import functions to import data from those other systems into Darzin.
