Make sense of your data

To build successful relationships with stakeholders and run effective  engagement programs, we need to really understand our stakeholders and what they are saying to us. We are not collecting data just for the sake of collecting data after all. We need to understand the common themes, areas of agreement or dissent, understand and act on the feedback received. Darzin’s combined qualitative, quantitative and spatial analysis function plays a pivotal role in helping you make sense of your data. Drill down to comments on individual issues, map the issues and review the statistics of issue trends. Automatic tag clouds can help you spot emerging issues.

Darzin’s smart linking of data and filters deliver highly granular reports. Boolean searches and multiple filters also help you interrogate and ‘slice-and-dice’  your data to produce highly relevant and easily understood reports.

Transparency - a critical principle of best practice stakeholder management and reporting

Qualitative data analysis is critical to getting systematic, robust, transparent analysis of data. Being able to drill down to comments made on specific issues not only promotes better understanding of the issue for the reader of the report, it also presents the issue with context and nuance. It’s richer than what a tick-the-box issues list would deliver. And the transparency achieved in using direct quotes in reports is often critical to gaining trust and buy-in from stakeholders – they can see that their words have been heard, and retained to use in informing decisions.

Dashboard - information at your fingertips

The Darzin dashboard gives you key information on your project – recent activity, key issue trends and top issue trends. Track open tasks and grievances from the dashboard itself, for yourself or your team members. Tag clouds of keywords, contact groups and issues categories give you a visual snapshot of your data.

Schedule automatic reports
